Movement matters.  

Fit 4 the Cause and ARC share a vision of empowering those who may not otherwise have access through movement.  

As of July 1, 2024 ARC will be absorbing Fit 4 the Cause's programming to ensure the ongoing delivery of their diverse daily fitness programs taught by licensed instructors to nearly 1500 beneficiaries.

These service recipients include young adults with special needs and fragile seniors.
